Because our products are designed with personalized details such as player names, numbers, club crests, and sponsor logos, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. These items are made specifically for you and your team and, as such, cannot be resold to others.

Why Customized Orders Are Non-Returnable

  • Each uniform is uniquely created based on the details you provide, including sizing, colors, and custom graphics.
  • Personalized items are made exclusively for your club or player, making them one-of-a-kind and unsuitable for resale.

 

Ensuring the Correct Size

To prevent any sizing issues, we strongly encourage all customers to take the time to carefully check and confirm their measurements before placing an order. Here are some tips to get it right:

  1. Refer to our detailed Sizing Guide available on every product page.
  2. Measure yourself or your team members accurately using a tape measure.
  3. If unsure about sizing, reach out to us for guidance—we’re happy to help!

 

Exceptions

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or with an error in customization that differs from the details provided in your order, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order to report any such issues.
